I was back to work full time:

In August 2024, I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis and two bulging discs. At the time, the only exercise I could handle was walking, but when I met Alan at the gym and showed him my MRI, he immediately created a plan focused on diet, mobility, and recovery. We started slowly with one session a week and daily walks, then gradually increased the training as my body allowed. Alan’s approach to recovery and his careful progression made a huge difference.
By spring, my doctors weren’t sure I’d ever return to full duty, but Alan adjusted my program, added rest where needed, and helped me build strength safely. By June, I was back to work full time. The physical and mental progress I made was incredible, and Alan was a major part of that. His guidance, encouragement, and expertise helped me overcome every setback.
