From nearly 400 pounds to elite performance coach,

this is the mindset shift that changed everything.

I know what it feels like to be stuck — because I’ve lived it.

Before I became a coach, I was nearly 400 pounds and trapped in a mindset that told me change wasn’t possible. My body wasn’t the only thing holding me back. My beliefs were.

 

Everything changed the moment I hit rock bottom.

I realized that if I wanted a different life, I had to think differently. I stopped seeing myself as a victim and started seeing myself as someone capable of rebuilding my body and my identity.

 

That shift became the foundation of my entire coaching philosophy.

 

The transformation wasn’t perfect. I failed, struggled, and rebuilt my habits piece by piece. But learning to control my mind is what allowed me to transform my body — and my life.

 

Now, I help others make that same shift.

Through recovery, performance training, and mindset work, I help people move pain-free, restore their mobility, and build a level of strength and confidence they didn’t know they had.

 

This isn’t just fitness.

It’s rebuilding the way your body moves, feels, and performs — from the inside out.
